Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of digitalsonoma.com. They do not replace the agreement for any project we carry out for you: where a signed proposal, quote or contract says something different, that document governs the work.

01Using this site
You may read this site, and share links to it, for your own information and for evaluating whether to work with us.
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, access parts of it that are not public, or use automated means to extract its content in bulk.
02Photography, video and other content
Except where stated otherwise, the photography, video, illustration, design, text and code on this site were produced by Digital Sonoma and are protected by copyright. The work shown was produced for the clients named alongside it, and those clients hold their own rights in it.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any image or video from this site — in print, online, in training data or in any other medium — without our written permission. This applies to the portfolio and gallery images in particular: they are the studio’s work product, not stock.
Requests to license an image are welcome. Write to hello@digitalsonoma.com.
03Trade marks
The Digital Sonoma name and logo are ours. Client names, logos and trade marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear to identify work we carried out for them. Their appearance here is not an endorsement by them of anything beyond that work.
04Enquiries and proposals
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of services, timelines and capabilities are provided for information; the scope, price and schedule of any engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation on either side.
05Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or that it will always be available. Content may change without notice.
06Third-party services and links
This site embeds video from YouTube and loads typefaces from Google Fonts, and it links to client sites and social platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their terms apply when you use them.
07Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital Sonoma is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
